Restrict a recruiter from seeing job requisitions they are added to if it falls outside their AOR

Summary:

We currently have job requisition security profile set up so we add recruiting types within the AOR. However, even with that security profile, if i create a job requisition of a different recruiting type and add someone as a recruiter, hiring manager, or collaborator, they can see that job requisition regardless of it being outside their AOR.

We would like to restrict our recruiters from seeing job requisitions they are added to if it does not fall within their AOR by requisition type. Is this possible or does the system default to requisitions you are added to the hiring team on?
