I have followed all setups form the following link:

Also add the policy document PDF as following:

I have created all profiles and duplicate and publish Autonomous Sourcing Assistant and Supplier Negotiation Award Assistant in AI Agent Studio.

Also I have created a PR with a suggested buyer, using the category on the policy document, and approve it. Then check that the PR appears on process requisition page. I have run the ESS Jobs Process Agent Documents and Process Requisition Lines with Autonomous Sourcing Assistant.

Unfortunately, the negotiation didn't happen. What could be the problem? PR remains on process requisition page. Also PR has negotiation required flag marked.
