Location Preference Opportunity Marketplace Interests can you limit to one location

Summary:

We updated our Geography Hierarchy in Recruiting to include City, State and United States. Under the Interests in Opportunity Marketplace is there a way to limit the location so it is just showing Indianapolis, IN, United States vs all three options or do all our requisitions have to be updated with the new location option? Is there a way to put Indianapolis, IN United States at the top vs United States. Also, I tried to find a hide button for Add in Visual Builder and didn't see an option. Is that something that will be added in the future?
