Deep Link for Invoice Approval History

Summary:

We have requirement to provide users access to Approval and Notification History Page through OTBI Dashboard.

I have noticed in the deep links task in Oracle that there is a link called INVOICE APPROVAL. Do you know if this is functional or to what purpose was it created? (screenshot attached).

I already used it in OTBI Dashboard as follows but it is taking to blank page as show below
