Is there a way to set required fields in Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation when creating new Profile

Is there a way to configure required fields in Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation when creating new Profiles?

For example:

• If the Preparer or Reviewer field is left blank, can the system generate an alert or validation message when a Power User attempts to save the Profile?
• If the Preparer and Reviewer are assigned to the same person (or the same team, if segregation of duties is required), can the system display an alert upon saving and prevent the Profile from being created until the issue is corrected?

We're looking to understand whether these types of validation rules are available out of the box or if they require customization.
