French Social Report - Required Parameters and Payroll Action ID

Hello,
I am working with the French Social Report BI Publisher report.
To run the report, several parameters need to be provided, such as:
ArchiveActionId
DeliveryOptionId
PayrollActionId
FlowInstanceName
Sequence
etc.

From my understanding, it seems necessary to first run the Bilan Social process in Oracle HCM in order to generate a Payroll Action ID, which is then used as an input parameter for the BI Publisher report.
Could you please confirm if this is the correct approach? If so, could you also advise where the generated Payroll Action ID and the other required parameter values can be retrieved?
