Alert Composer: how to distinguish completions by evaluation type (classic vs. delayed/cold)

We're using Alert Composer to trigger a delayed (30-day post-completion) evaluation survey for a subset of courses, and we've confirmed the delayed trigger itself is achievable. The real challenge is segmenting the population correctly.

Most of our courses use a "classic" evaluation that fires right at completion. A subset instead needs this delayed "cold" evaluation. The only thing distinguishing the two today is which evaluation questionnaire is attached to the offering's content — not a reportable/filterable completion attribute. So we have no clean condition to configure in Alert Composer to reliably tell the two populations apart.
