Area of Responsibility Template - How to automatically remove the Area of Responsibility

Hello experts,

we were wondering how with the new functionality of Responsibility Template is possible to automatically remove an AoR that is created manually.

Just to explain better the goals that we want to achieve is to delete/inactivate the existing AoR once that a change in assignment is made. Do you have ideas of how to target this?
