Redwood Create work relationship error national identifier

Hello everyone!

We have an urgent issue regarding rehire (create work relationship transaction). When the system did the person match in hire an emoployee transaction and we go directly to create work relationship, we receive this type of error. We checked about duties and privilegies regarding national identifier and they are okay. Could you please help us?
