Auditing Individual Compensation / Element Entries in Oracle HCM

Hello everyone,

We're currently reviewing the auditing capabilities for Individual Compensation in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Since Individual Compensation is stored as Element Entries, we're trying to determine whether Oracle provides a way to capture a more detailed audit trail.

Currently, the Audit Reports page in our environment only displays high-level events such as Insert, Update, and Delete. However, it doesn't indicate which specific fields were modified or deleted, nor does it display the previous and new values of the changed attributes.

Is there any configuration or feature in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud that enables a more detailed audit trail for Individual Compensation or the underlying Element Entries? Ideally, we're looking for audit information that includes:
