Posted jobs not appearing on Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

Not all Posted jobs are appearing on Opportunity Marketplace for some employees even though they are all posted in the same way.

Some employees can see specific job requisitions but others cant. Jobs are posted internally and externally with valid dates.

'Maintain candidates and job requisitions for search' is running every 15 minutes.

'Publish job requisitions' is running every 15 minutes.

When we try and run 'Load and Index Job Requisitions' with drop and create we get a warning message: Mutually exclusive job(s) with processId [4467477, 16339345] already active. Hence terminating the current job. ?
