Employee data not showing in report

Summary:

Hi Expert,

The user has a Director role and is assigned all 23 Legal Employers (LEs). Based on the assigned role and AOR, the user should be able to view all employees across all Business Units. However, when running a simple OTBI report, the user can only see employees from the "ABC" Business Unit. which he belong same BU ABC.


As per the client's expectation and the current configuration, the user should have access to all employees because the AOR is configured using Legal Employers. Therefore, the user should be able to see employees from all Business Units, but that is not happening.
