Resignation date as Read-only and display the warning message appear on last working date-Resign

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

We have a requirement where resignation date should be Read-only field and the warning message to appear on last working date if the date is less than notice period. How can we update the message to update on last working date field.
We have renamed Resignation Date to Calculated Last working Date and renamed Last Working Day to Actual Last working Date. Please refer the screenshots. Expecting for the resolution at the earliest.
