How to use dimension HSP_Metric in planning

Summary:

We have noticed that there in newly introduced dimension HSP_Metric in planning application. Can anyone explain with some example / oracle documentation / demo. The available documentation is only with title "Ability to Perform Approval Unit Actions from Forms" doesnot explain in detail.

Even we tried to use the same, it gives the warning and then error.
