Punchout Requisition Agreement number is not defaulting from Payload

Summary: Every Supplier has multiple CPA's depend of the item, we want the system to include the Agreement in the Punchout Requisition from the payload. We don't want to be defaulted base on the earliest start date.

When I createD the Punchout Requisition, system is defaulting the Agreement in the Punchout Requisition, but I want to take from the payload.

Currently I configured my CPA's with the following parameters in the control Area: Enable automatic sourcing = Yes. and Punchout requests only = Yes

I tested different scenarios removing these flags, but I never got the Contract from the payload. I asked the suppliers to include the agreement in the payload.
