Warning message not restricting on just target field page.

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

We want to show warning message on when and why page where we have 2 fields and that only we are selected on target field section while creating validation rule in VBS.
But this warning message coming on every page of transaction. we want to restrict it to only when and why page.
