Error when duplicating Redwood Course

Summary:

I have enabled the new Redwood Course Management page and I am able to create a new course successfully, however when I try to duplicate the new course or an existing course, I get an error "Your changes couldn't be submitted because of a server error. Try again later." I have tried numerous times and the error persists.

Please assist.
