cannot see workflow and task in a nir in redwood

Summary:

The New Item Request can be opened successfully using the Redwood Product Management experience
However, the "Workflow and Tasks" tab always displays "No data to display", even when the NIR has active approval tasks.
Approval tasks are only available through the classic notification/BPM interface, and users must complete the approval from the classic page
