Migration of Siebel schemas in DBCS database to ADB - need steps and any special configuration info

Summary:

Good day, my team is tasked with migrating all base database deployments (DBCS/DBaaS) to Autnomous database platform within the next year or two.
One of our deployments is running Siebel 25.8. I found a MOS note 2742847.1, but the PDF attachments are not accessible to me.

Does anyone have information on how I can migrate Siebel 25.8 from current database (19c) in OCI to ADB (19C) in OCI. We are using serverless ADB.

I plan on migrating the schemas with datapump, but wondering if any changes need to be configured on the mid-tier (they are using Weblogic server).
