New Learning Assignment Alert- activities table not pulling course selfservice view mode = No Access

Good day!

We noticed that out of the box new learning assignment alert - for specialization assigned they are not listing all learning activities in alert content.

It does not pull courses as learning activities when the courses default access - self-service settings the view mode = No Access

Is that expected behavior? any way we can override that for alert to pull in all learning activities based on assignment? thank you!
