Mandatory fields are not working as mandatory

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to make fields Date of birth and Country of birth mandatory in Biographical info section

and we did it via VBCS

and we're able to bypass it without adding any info so basically fields not working as Mandatory and same behavior is present in Legislative info section


Can you please let me know what needs to be done here.
