I have read the Implementing Recruiting guide and the section about LinkedIn Direct Apply :

But I'm not sure as I cannot seem to find a clear answer on that :

Is it possible to activate LinkedIn Direct Apply, without activating LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect first ?
