Notifying HR of Employee's Last Working Date / Termination Date – Best Approach?

Hi all,

Looking for guidance on a requirement: we need to notify HR whenever an employee is terminated, with the notification displaying the employee's Termination Date / Last Working Day.

What's the recommended way to achieve this in Oracle HCM Cloud? A few things I'd love input on:

• Is this best done through Alerts Composer (Event Alert vs. Resource Alert), or is there another tool/approach people are using?
• If there's no predefined alert for this, what resource/fields have worked for others to pull the termination date and last working day into a notification?
• Any recommendations on the cleanest way to route this to HR specifically (role-based, static distribution list, etc.)?
