Is it possible to hide the Task Manager Summary from an Oracle EPM FCCS application home screen?

We are trying to clean up our FCCS home screen with navigation flows and would like to remove the Task Manager Summary and Tour link for a cleaner look. We've researched Task Manager configurations, tried removing all task manager objects and access and the Task Manager summary still appears for all Users (Power Users, Users and Viewers). Also, would be nice to hide/remove the "Tour" link.
