Unpaid Disability Deduction in payroll

I have a requirement where the Disability absence type should be unpaid and calculated based on calendar days. I have already completed the Absence Management setup to ensure that absence duration is calculated using calendar days.

Now, when payroll is processed for an employee with a semimonthly salary of 15,000, the employee should be deducted 1,000 for each disability absence day. For example, if the employee has one day of disability absence, the deduction should be 1,000.

How can this be achieved through the payroll element configuration and calculation setup?
