Global Transfer using Redwood produces a different result than Global Transfer via Person Management

Summary:

We've been unable to interface a global transfer to E-business when the action is completed via Redwood Quick Action. We have only been able to interface it when the action is completed via Person Management. Since 26B, this seems to be working fine but I am concerned there may be an underlying issue. When comparing the seeded Worker Report, the Object Version column shows a different result depending on which way the action was completed.

Can someone help me understand what the Object Version column is referring to and what I should expect to see when completing a global transfer.
