requisition creation advisor cannot read the source documentation correctly

Summary:

We have created source document and added to the ai tools for our requisition creation advisor agent. it used to work fine.

now we have added details of our job library to it so hiring managers can get help about job library details. However, we recently noted that the the agent is not collecting the info correctly at all. compared to RAG agents, agents from ai agent studio works les efficiently.

Is there a specific format should we used to upload source document. is there a specific format we should add questions and answers to the ai tool?
