Can Approval Matrix(BPM Worklist) send email notifications to a recipient w/o an Oracle user account

in Fusion Applications Administration


Hi Experts,

I’m configuring an Approval Matrix in BPM Worklist for an HCM transaction.

My requirement is that, after the approval is completed, an email notification should be sent to a person who doesn’t have an Oracle Fusion user account. The recipient only has a valid email address and doesn’t need to access Oracle Fusion or take any action.

I would like to know:

Can an Approval Matrix/BPM Worklist send email notifications directly to a recipient who isn’t an Oracle Fusion user?
Can an external email address be configured as an FYI or notification recipient in BPM Worklist?
