Here is the Requirement ,When a supplier registers through the provided URL, they are required to complete a contextual Descriptive Flex field (DFF) that contains the necessary questionnaires, and their responses are submitted for approval as part of the onboarding process. At a later stage, if the supplier wishes to update or modify their responses, they initiate a Change Order, during which they must again respond to the questionnaires through the DFF in the Supplier Change Request form. These updated responses are captured, and based on the nature of the changes, the approval workflow in Oracle Fusion is automatically triggered
