The Assigned Internal Service Request is not trigger the notification

Hi all,

Our agent have assigned the Internal Service Request, but the notification does not appear in either User or Agent Account. Below is the configuration I had set up:

  1. Opted in Service Offering and Enabling the Productivity Tools.
  2. Created the Notification Preferences.
  3. Configured Object Workflow (Application Composer).

Is there any lack configuration I have to set up?
