OTBI - Return transaction directly before current transaction

Good afternon.

I searched the Customer Connect portal for an answer to this, but couldn't find one. Seems like it should be easy, but I'm stumped.

Can anyone advise on how to return (OTBI for HCM) the transaction row directly before an employee's current transaction (the one still active). For example, if we want to show all the current attributes of an associate, but need to also show some data on their record as it was directly before current state.
