Balance Value for Balance Dimension visible in Fusion UI but not in OTBI

We are trying to lookup Payroll Balance Results based on a specific Dimension Name and Balance Name, and the output retrieved from OTBI is not matching to that in the Fusion UI.

We are trying to query the Payroll Balance Results based on a specific Dimension Name and Balance Name.

On trying to refer the same through the Fusion UI, we are getting to find a finite Balance Value for the given dimension name.

When we are using a BIP query to achieve the same, we are getting to find no results listed for that specific dimension name.
