Access Control Incidents

For assigning Access Control results/incidents ownership, is it possible to define owners at levels based on SBUs or based on geographical locations?

The conflicts has to be assigned to the appropriate Compliance team members, using their geographical location/ SBU. We thought of using Perspectives but wanted to know how it can help in terms of automatic assignment of existing/new incidents to the relevant Compliance Team member?
