Salary change page keeps loading and doesn't display anything

Summary:

I've enabled the salary change page, but when I access this screen from “Employment Information and Future Changes,” the page keeps loading and doesn't display anything.

I ran a test by adding the “Manager” role, and the screen displays correctly, but when I search for similar roles and privileges and add them, nothing changes.
