Strange activity in My Team Skills Centre

Summary:

In My Team Skills Centre, Managers have flagged they can see data for skill '-' which is not in our library. Also, the numbers associated to this blank skill are far greater than the manager's team size. We have ran the ESS job for fa-hcm-teamskills but this has not resolved.

Has anyone else seen this?
