SINGLE PUNCH TIME CARD

in Human Capital Management

We are implementing a business policy in Oracle Time and Labor where any "Single Punch" entry (either an isolated Check-In or Check-Out) recorded via Web Clock must be automatically processed as an absence or employee violation.

The Business Scenario:

  1. Employees record a single punch via Web Clock (e.g., Check-In only).
  2. Our expectation is that the system accepts this record and allows the submission of the time card.
  3. Our custom Calculation Fast Formula (JORDAN DFZ) then identifies this incomplete pair and applies the "Employee Violation" pay type.

The Issue:We are unable to achieve this workflow because the Redwood Time Card UI
