Move to HR - Error (JBO-29000)

** Issue Description

The recruiter attempted to perform the Move to HR action for a job offer. During the process, the following error was returned:

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=One or more attributes related to position synchronization in offer are invalid with respect to its position. The invalid attributes are: Department.

** Investigation Performed

  • We verified that the Department associated with the Position has been updated and no longer matches the Department stored in the corresponding Offer.
  • We navigated to My Client Group > Manage Job Offers to locate and resolve the affected job offer.
  • However, the job offer is not displayed on the
