Clarification on Oracle Fusion Application Exception Maintenance Packs and Future Release Frequency

Hello,
We are seeking clarification regarding the increasing frequency of Oracle Fusion Applications Exception Maintenance releases and whether these should now be expected as a regular monthly occurrence.
This is the third consecutive month that we have received a notification advising of an upcoming Exception Maintenance release. While we appreciate that Oracle may occasionally need to deploy urgent fixes outside of the standard quarterly update cycle, the apparent increase in frequency is becoming increasingly challenging to accommodate within our planned environment and testing schedules.
For example, the latest notification was received on 08 July 2026, advising of an Exception Maintenance deployment scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 20:00 UTC. This short notice period coincides directly with our planned 26B regression testing activities, creating additional risk and disruption to our testing programme.
