Worklist notifications not being delivered to all learners via Alerts Composer

Hi Experts,

I am currently configuring the Required Learning Assignment - Learner template in Alerts Composer and am encountering an issue with the Worklist notifications.

I set up the Recipients section with the Worklist communication method and used the following expression to target the assigned learners:${AlertUtils.person(learnerLearningRecords.assignedToId).UserName}

However, after configuring this, the worklist notifications are not being successfully delivered to all of the learners.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or could you point me in the right direction for troubleshooting? Specifically:

• Is there a flaw in the expression used for the Worklist configuration?
• Are there specific user roles, account statuses, or notification preferences required for this Worklist expression to trigger correctly for everyone?
