Is there any standard report for document of record audit fields?

Hi,


After 26A the audit field (Last updated by) of the screen "document of record" are not visible anymore.
For audit purposes, HR administrator needs to view this information.
Is there any standard report that can help us to view this information or we should create a custom report?
