I have defined the WHT tax code under Manage Taxes and Tax Rates. However, this tax code is not appearing in the drop-down list under the "Edit Taxes" section. The same withholding tax code is visible and available for selection at the Invoice Line level.

I compared the setup with other WHT tax codes that are visible in the Edit Taxes page, and all configurations appear to be identical. I also verified the lookup code under Manage Tax Lookup Codes
