Fusion Accounting Hub - Incorrect SLA resulted in "Events Processed with no Entries"
Summary:
We have encountered an example where a FAH file has been loaded for a newly revised business requirement and configuration set, where the Journal Line Rule was not deployed correctly and resulted in the Create Accounting program completing with a "Events Processed with no Entries". A review of the Transaction Headers / Events tables indeed confirms that this transaction has been "PROCESSED" - despite there being no accounting entry generated because of the deployment error. With the Status of "PROCESSED" on the event, despite SLA revisions being made to correct this, the event will not be picked up in future
