cause.NoReviewAccess error on Trade Transaction

I get this error when I try to Approve a Standard Document on Trade Transaction, any suggestions what could be wrong here?

I'm able to perform actions such as Finalize/Unfinalize on the same Document.

I'm using PUBLIC domain's ADMIN role.

My GLOG user ID is in the same domain as the Trade Transaction.
