Getting Manager Assignment Information on Promote Redwood page

Summary:

We have a requirement to validate whether the worker's manager's Business Unit matches the Business Unit of the user performing the promotion transaction. If there is a mismatch, we need to display an error message and prevent the transaction from proceeding.

However, in the Redwood context, the worker manager's assignment information is not available, which prevents us from comparing it with the logged-in user's Business Unit. Is there a way to access the manager's Business Unit information or otherwise achieve this validation in Redwood?
