Create a custom/free-form content section on the Job Profile page that has model profile type CLOB

Hello, I am tasked with creating a custom field called "Job Posting" which is a long-text field similar to Job Responsibility, Job Description, and Job Qualifications fields we are already using in the job profile details section.

I am given to understand that the best way to accomplish this would be to create a custom Job Profile content section with CLOB property for the Job Prodile page. But I have not been able to accomplish this and have been told that such a change is not possible. If it is not possible, can someone please provide suggestion that i could use to approach this another way?
