RAC Edit Page Layout Changes Not Saving

Hi everyone,

Has anyone experienced an issue where changes made in Recruiting Activity Center (RAC) > Edit Page Layout are not being saved?

In our Test environment, we're unable to save any page layout changes. For example: Navigate to Hiring. Select Edit Page Layout. Add a KPI (Metric Card), a new view, or make any other layout changes. Exit Edit Mode.

Expected Result: The page layout changes are saved and persist when returning to the page.

Actual Result: The changes are not retained. After exiting Edit Mode, the page reverts to its previous layout, and any new views or KPI cards are gone. This functionality is working as expected in our Production environment, so the behavior appears to be isolated to our Test pod. This has happened in the past and an update did solve the issue but we are concerned there is possibly a corruption in the refresh so are wanting to solve this before our next refresh. I have submitted a SR but wanted to ask here as well!
