Error response during RestAction in Tax Credit Information on the ESS page

We cannot view Tax credit information page under ME (ESS) for 26C

This is an issue for some roles

We have tried to add roles to those custom roles but it’s still not working

We also ran feature upgrade process along with clearing all cache in a different browser but this issue is persistent

We also ran the below after adding the role but its still not working-

Regenerate Data Security Grants

Regenerate Data Security Profiles

Send Pending LDAP Request

Retrieve latest LDAP Changes

How can this be fixed?
