Is there a way to automatically synchronize Hiring team from Requisition when to Offer team?

Given a Job Offer has been created,
And the Hiring Team on the associated Job Requisition is updated,
When the recruiter accesses or edits the Job Offer,
Then the Offer Team shall automatically refresh to match the current Hiring Team on the Job Requisition.
