Unable to access "Manage National Identifier Types" task — Permission denied (Release 26B)

Hi team,

I'm working on an Oracle HCM Cloud 26B implementation and I'm unable to access the Manage National Identifier Types task in Setup and Maintenance.

What I'm trying to do:
Access Manage National Identifier Types to restrict the National ID Types available for a specific country (Italy), limiting selection to "Fiscal Code" only and removing "National Identifier" from the dropdown.

What happens:
Navigating to the task returns a "You don't have permission to access this page" error, even after the Security Administrator added the privilege Manage National Identifier Type to the user's role.
