Unable to change the profile option for Learning Redwood

Summary:

We're unable to change the profile option for ORA_WLF_ENABLE_REDWOOD_LEARNING_PATHS. We have checked through manage profile options also but even there it says not editable.

We need to enable specializations page to redwood but it's not allowing to change as it says its restricted. This option came as a part of 26C release.
